1. Service Description

DingDawg.com ("the Service") is an AI agent platform operated by DingDawg Intelligence ("we", "us"). Users can claim, configure, and deploy AI agents for business automation, customer service, scheduling, and other tasks. The Service operates on a per-action pricing model with monthly subscription tiers. Current pricing, plan details, and action allowances are published on our Pricing page at dingdawg.com/pricing.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for all subscription tiers — including monthly fees, included action allowances, and overage rates — is published on our Pricing page at dingdawg.com/pricing. That page constitutes the then-current pricing schedule and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Overage charges are billed at the then-current rate published on our Pricing page at the time the overage occurs. DingDawg Intelligence reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their plan rate for a minimum of 30 days from the date of any price change notice.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact hello@dingdawg.com within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are prorated at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for illegal activities, send spam or unsolicited messages through agents, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform, impersonate others, or use agents to harass or deceive. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. AI Agent Conduct

AI agents operate based on your configuration and templates. You are responsible for the actions your agents take on your behalf. DingDawg provides tools and guardrails but does not guarantee specific outcomes from AI interactions.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your data, configurations, and content. DingDawg Intelligence retains ownership of the platform, code, templates, and AI models. By using the Service, you grant DingDawg Intelligence a limited license to process your data as needed to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DingDawg Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for Terms violations with notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes — including changes to pricing, payment terms, or subscription structure — will be communicated via email to the address on your account at least 30 days before taking effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications, formatting, or corrections) may take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The most current version of these Terms is always available at dingdawg.com/terms.
